Basement Conversion Details
We were brought on board to design and build a new basement beneath a ground floor flat in Camden, NW6 to provide better living space for a growing family and with the adults working from home more. We have doubled the property footprint to maximise value.
The existing property was very tired and in need of serious upgrading to suit a modern family. We took the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs together with a small media room. This enabled a fantastic new kitchen-diner and lounge area and transforms the property and uplifts its value when the time comes.
