Advantage's ability to manage a complex and expensive project within the parameters set out in their schedule of works . Our site foremen for both the digging and fit our phase were very polite and professional and had excellent knowledge of their trade. The labourers were all very conscientious, polite and tidy. We thoroughly recommend Advantage Basement and seller company for the basement conversion that they carried out on our home just over a year ago. It has provided us with all the extra space that we desired to cope with our 3 children, freeing up a lot of extra space . The fit out after the digging had taken place was completed to a very high standard by Ivan and his team. Everyone was very courteous in the whole process. The follow up and snagging process was all very efficient . We did have a couple of problems which needed sorting out and David was again helpful in the process , relieving any stress on ourselves , with their insurance cover adequately sorting out our situation.

The team at Advantage worked with us to design, dig and fit-out our basement. They worked closely with our designer and were extremely creative in terms of structural design and plumbing to maximise space and create clean lines. The teams on the ground were extremely professional, so helpful and finished the work to a high spec. Any issues were raised with proposed solutions and any last minute changes were easily handled. The result is something that changed our house completely. We could not be more happy and grateful with the work done and the team from Advantage.
