Our job started end Feb and completed to schedule and budget by end Oct. Throughout that period Steve and David, brilliantly supported on site by our foremen Gheddon and Nick were always available, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Our fears on noise, dirt, impact on pedestrians and neighbours and general disruption to daily life proved broadly unfounded by the skill, effort and dedication of the sites teams. We are left with a basement we are immensely proud of and a great new space in which to play, relax and entertain. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Advantage team to anyone considering a basement to deliver the same! We definitely think it's put the 'Wow' factor into our home! A&A , Kingston
Basement Details
Design and build a luxury full length and width basement together with terraced rear lightwell for maximum light and access to the rear garden. To accommodate fast growing teenagers and stay-over guests. We designed and built an office workstation off the main games room with a discrete full height sliding glass panel for when it is not in use. For the bedroom we created a beautiful full height built-in wardrobe and dresser.
We created a space saving fully tiled shower room with wc and for the games room we designed and built a multi-functional contemporary media and storage unit. It was important for the family to have plenty of storage and this was increased by creating a seperate storage room nearly 5m long!
