Basement Details
Design and build a luxury full length basement with two front lightwells and large rear lightwell with steps to garden level.
Design and new rear extension with full width glass doors onto patio terrace. Our clients initially requested only a basement until we pointed out that there was an opportunity to replace the poorly designed and inadequate ground floor rear extension at the same time.
As is often the case it makes financial sense to do ground floor projects in conjunction with basement works as the sequencing reduces the schedule time. The design incorporated some high tech lighting, AV media and automation.
We then decorated throughout.
