I was impressed with the quality of their previous work, the quote they provided and the fact that I trusted them implicitly. Working closely with Steve and David, I can say that the communication was fantastic! Throughout the whole process I was kept in the loop about what was happening and any new developments.

Basement Details

Design and build a luxury version of an old theme that complies with all the very latest code 3 regulations and yet was seamlessly attached to it's original neighbour. This was originally a Victorian semi, damaged during the war, pulled down and built over with a two storey detached property.

We demolished this and excavated to create a lower ground floor with contemporary, full width bi-folding / sliding doors opening onto a large patio with terracing and steps up to garden level. We designed and created with a ''no-holes barred'' approach and zero compromise throughout.

The beautiful exterior and front facade belies the extraordinary modern beauty within. Every floor is faultlessly detailled but the upper ground floor is an amazing open plan 75sqm span of luxury with full width folding / sliding doors to the rear over looking the lavishly landscapped garden. The master bedroom with its walk-in, his-n-hers wardrobe and its huge en-suite bathroom is a delight.
