A Happy New Basement Owner

I chose to use Advantage Basements when taking the decision to undertake the huge task of demolishing my two-storey detached house, then designing, excavating and building a lower ground floor and restoring the original features of the house exterior. They were the obvious choice as I was impressed with the quality of their previous work, the quote they provided and the fact that I trusted them implicitly. Working closely with Steve and David, I can say that the communication was fantastic! Throughout the whole process I was kept in the loop about what was happening and any new developments.

The team provided an excellent service both through the design process and the actual building work. Time-wise, and budget-wise, things went pretty much to plan. They listened, gave sound advice and captured the original theme to match the neighbours' houses. The results are nothing less than stunning- and it was a big but very welcome surprise that the project won an architecture award!

I would highly recommend the services of the Advantage Basements team to anyone wanting to to undertake a conversion project as you can be rest-assured they are efficient and reliable. I look forward to working with them again should I decide on any future renovation or building projects!
