Well - what can we say!?!? We have never had more organised, considerate, professional and considerate builders. Our basement is spectacular - better than we ever expected - and now the centre of our childrens' lives!

Having delayed doing it for a few years thinking that it would all mean a huge upheaval, it was unexpectedly pain-free. From first visit to completion of the project and subsequent quality control, the Advantage Basement teams exceeded expectations. The hard-working digging team had the project cleverly phased such that earth out and concrete in was carefully coordinated and within 12 weeks we had our shell (900 + sq feet of it). They were considerate of noise, neighbours and possible traffic congestion along our busy road.

Then came the fit-out team with much the same vigour and attention to detail, consulting with us at every key stage to ensure that we were happy with how the project was shaping up. The external tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, door & window suppliers etc) were all top-notch and so incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much for anyone.

We also had the decorating team in to put the final touches of paint and wallpaper. I have already recommended them to anyone I know - I have no hesitation whatsoever in doing so! Thank you Advantage Basements for helping my husband's dream of a media and games room come true!
