I just wanted to congratulate you and the team on an excellent project to create additional living and storage space under our house. The work was completed on time and to budget, both rarities in my experience, and to a very high standard.

It is invidious to single out individuals for praise as all were professional in wanting to make sure that we, as clients, got exactly what we wanted, that things happened when they were promised (often difficult when specialist subcontractors are involved) and that site meetings took place on time. Chris as Project Manager, Manu and Lyubo as Foremen deserve particular mention though.

As you know we were concerned about the impact on our neighbours. I have to say that the team quickly converted them from sceptics to fans, the site was kept immaculate and noise and disruption to a minimum.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to anyone contemplating a cellar or basement and wish you every success in the future.
